Michael Kirsch founded MLYK Consulting after two decades inside the organizations consultants typically advise from the outside, including senior roles at BMW, KPMG, and Novartis. That background shapes how he works: less framework-reading, more operational reality.
His practice covers TISAX®, ISO/IEC 27001, cybersecurity management systems (ISO/SAE 21434), and EU Cyber Resilience Act readiness. Clients are typically automotive suppliers, industrial manufacturers, and regulated organizations in Europe and North America who have realized that paper compliance and audit-ready compliance are not the same thing.
MLYK Consulting operates without junior consultants. Engagements are led by Michael directly, which means the thinking you see in the proposal is the thinking you get in the project.
